Terms and Conditions for Independent Customer Service Providers

Welcome to our Apex Pro Solutions website! By accessing and using our site, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions, which govern your role as an independent customer service provider through the Arise portal. Please read these terms carefully before proceeding.

Eligibility and Background Check

  • Applicants must be 18 years or older to register.
  • A 7-year background check is required for all applicants. A fee of $30, payable by the applicant, is associated with this process.

Equipment and Workspace

  • You must own a computer and headset compatible with the Arise platform software.
  • Access to high-speed internet and a modem is mandatory.
  • A quiet workspace is required before accepting your first client.
  • Financing options for equipment are available through our partnership with WAHES technology company.

Employment Status

  • As an agent, you are classified as an independent 1099 Customer Service Provider, not a W2 employee. This means you are your own boss.
  • You are responsible for all fees associated with your position, including but not limited to background check, equipment, and service fees.
  • A minimum of 15 hours weekly service is required to maintain your position.

Financial Terms

  • Paydays are on the 15th and the last day of each month.
  • A deduction of $49.99 per paycheck will apply.
  • Apex Pro Solutions does not withhold state or federal taxes from paychecks; you will receive your 1099 forms at the end of each year for tax purposes. No medical or health benefits are provided.

Training and Certification

  • Certification training duration varies between 2 to 6 weeks, depending on the client selected. Training is generally unpaid, though some “Learn While You Earn” opportunities exist.
  • Training sessions last 4 hours per day.
  • Failure to attend the first day of training may result in a $20 fee and removal from the program.
  • If you drop or are dropped from a program, a 30-day waiting period is required before enrolling in a new opportunity.
  • Repeated incidents may lead to a permanent ban from the platform.

Account Setup and Opportunities

  • Upon acceptance into our portal, you will receive a congratulatory email with a registration guide, which you must complete within 48 hours.
  • You are required to complete an assessment following your account’s acceptance.
  • Client selection must be made within 7 business days after completing your account setup to maintain eligibility.
  • Access to job opportunities is contingent upon the completion of your account setup, assessment, and client selection.

Agreement

By using this site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding your work as an independent customer service provider.
